We went to Phoenix mid-August to meet Debabu’s pediatric surgeon and we stopped at IKEA Tempe for lunch. Love the IKEA, mostly for its Swedish meatballs. Is it any wonder? Dig this repast of meatballs and fries smothered in gravy with lingonberry preserve on the side and a soda to wash it down. Delicious.
Pink and Purple

I needed a September post, but I hadn’t taken any photos during the month. Zufan, in her colorful pink and purple best, provided a last minute opportunity, so I snapped her before I took her to Grandma’s for the day and headed to school.
